Nothing... sell the item at the winning price... otherwise you'll get defects on your performance from ebay and possibly negative feedback from the buyer.

If you have a very specific price in mind, you need to act BEFORE ending the auction... that is, create a Buy It Now listing, or set a reserve price in the auction.
