If the order isn’t sent by the agreed date, can I as the buyer be refunded?
I purchased a collectible card, but the seller never responds and after several days still hasn't shipped it. I saw that there is a deadline within which the package can arrive. If it doesn't arrive, will I get a refund?

If by then the package doesn’t arrive or the seller doesn’t refund you, you can ask eBay to step in…..
