If I can't ship on time, even though the buyer has been notified, what does eBay do?
sold item, I informed the buyer that I won’t be back in Italy for another week, but eBay is telling me to ship it by a certain date, what happens if I can’t ship it on time?

Mentore2 years agoIf you enter correct eBay tracking, it recognizes a defect on performance... the more you collect, the more visibility you lose until you become a below-standard seller, where an additional fee will be applied...

Mentore2 years agoIt depends on what the buyer does.
If they’re, uh, dishonest, after the delivery deadline expires they ask for a refund. If the package doesn’t arrive within the three days you have to respond, you’re forced to refund.
If instead they’re honest, they wait and nothing happens.
