If a buyer doesn't leave feedback, is it automatically left by eBay?
Hello, I sold an item and the buyer told me everything was okay but, even though I asked them twice, they didn’t leave me any feedback.
I wanted to know if in these cases Ebay gives automatic feedback. Thanks.

Mentore3 years agoAbsolutely not, feedback is and remains an optional decision.
Be careful about requesting its continued release, because you might get an "undesired" effect...

On subito.it, if there are no reviews after a while, a positive one gets posted automatically, I thought it was the same 😉

Mentore3 years agoLogically, releasing automatic feedback makes no sense at all... it completely loses its meaning.
So it is not "feedback" but simply a sales score...
