Mentore3 years agoIf the buyer has opened the correct procedure on eBay... you have no alternatives... if you don’t refund voluntarily, eBay will do it in your place.
It’s extremely annoying, but even if you have photographic evidence, eBay doesn’t take it into account... probably not even if you file a complaint with the competent authorities.
