WHAT HAPPENS IF A SELLER CANCELS FROM EBAY BEFORE SHIPPING?
Good morning,
I’d like to buy an item from a foreign user with only one feedback, but I’m wondering: if after receiving payment they decided to disappear before shipping, since they only have that one item for sale, what kind of protection do I have?

sellers cannot disappear at their own discretion, especially if they have transactions in progress.
