Without getting into the merits of the conditions described in perfectly good faith, I was surprised by the fact that, without first asking for explanations and finding a solution, he posted a comment that I can accept as far as the item is concerned, but not as far as my person is concerned. Despite this, I sent him a message to offer a return or a refund (4 days ago) and I have had no response, so I replied calmly under the negative comment, highlighting that in 22 years I have always tried to operate correctly and that the feedbacks prove it.
