Gaming chair broke before 24 months
Good evening,
unfortunately my son's chair broke down, is there the 24-month warranty? Inside my order on the eBay Help page, I can't find a way to request a return or replacement of the parts.
What can I do?

eBay can only help you within the first 30 days from the purchase.
I’m afraid, though, that a warranty on a chair depends on how it’s used... try contacting the seller only if they are a professional seller based in the EU.
