Report a non-paying user and cancel the transaction.

I accepted an offer from a buyer and shortly after he asked to cancel the order with a flimsy reason.
I refused the cancellation and wanted him to pay me. After the 4 days had passed to report UNPAID ITEM and cancel the sale. But eBay tells me that the sale is already in the process of being canceled.
But I don't understand in what way and for what reason it will be closed.

Maybe the 4-day limit was already set automatically.
