Good morning everyone.

I had a bad experience and I’m asking if someone can help me.

I had an item for sale and I received a purchase offer that I accepted.

Unfortunately, the buyer never paid for the item and today I wanted to cancel the sale (Buy It Now) but by mistake I clicked the “payment received” button.

Now, on top of the insult of having lost other sales because of this person who did not honor their purchase offer, I wouldn’t want eBay to charge me the fees too.

How can I do to cancel the “payment received” status?
