Hello everyone, I’m having a really annoying problem with my eBay account. I’ve had this account as a professional seller for about 2 years, I’ve worked hard on it to get it going and make the first sales, and finally for the past few months sales were coming in almost every day. But for the last few weeks eBay has started flagging so many of my items as counterfeit, mainly Nike and Jordan, the main products I’ve always dealt with in my business. They’re flagging an average of 20 items a day, which I’ve tried to update with real photos, every possible detail, etc. I even put an employee, obviously paid, to do all this work, but the system kept closing the listings. I made a few phone calls and emails to support, but they reply with the usual copy/paste messages. Then came the account suspensions, first 7 days, now 10 days. I have all the proof of purchase, invoices, proof of where the products came from from my suppliers, but nothing, support says they’re not needed, even though there isn’t an unhappy customer and the sneakers purchased in Germany are examined by their verification center and have all passed authenticity checks. What can I do? If they keep this up they’ll block my account without any reason, insane. Has anyone had a similar situation? Do you have any solution?

Hello,

unfortunately on eBay you can't sell everything you want.

Some trademark holders don't like seeing their products on this marketplace, so sometimes it's a losing battle.

Personally, and in my past selling experiences, digging in your heels only ends up having the opposite effect.

The next suspension will be for an indefinite period, so I'd say to leave those brands alone.

These are reports made against you by someone enrolled in the Ve.R.O. program, which therefore holds the brand’s sales rights. If you are sure you have the sales rights for the brand, I would try to find out who is reporting me and the reason for the reports.
