Hello,I often report listings where the description explicitly says "contact me to avoid eBay fees" or "for purchases outside eBay 5% discount".Every time I've reported them, eBay has replied that the listing has been checked and is in compliance.Same thing for digital products: I report listings and I'm told they're fine... only for me to then create practically identical ones myself and have them blocked a few days later. Do you have to pay protection money? I don't understand this way of doing things.
