I bought a New S 24 Ultra Smartphone Snapdragon 7.3 I have 4g 5g.
The item arrived insanely late and it’s not to my liking, but the seller has blocked the return
What should I do? How can I report this problem to Ebay.

Mentore1 year agoNothing... because you bought from a private seller who did not accept returns for change of mind... so, knowing this, you have to keep the item you purchased.
