Hello, I’m reporting the seller "mkl_italia" for misconduct. I bought a Parkside 20v battery adapter, which arrived very late and turned out to be a poor-quality item and completely non-functional. I reported this to the seller, who after making various excuses along the lines of: "I’ve sold many and they all work", agreed to a return for a full refund. I shipped it at my own expense with tracking through Poste and, after receiving delivery confirmation, I asked for the refund. He started saying he had never received the package, that he would ask the courier for an explanation, that he would go to the sorting center.... all excuses that went on for 2 months and still no refund has been issued. The only goal was to let the time pass for a complaint to Ebay and the posting of negative feedback. I was wrong to trust him and, since it was the first time I had gone through a return, I did not inform myself in time about the official procedure.
