Does simplifying order cancellations for buyers affect account performance?
Hello everyone, eBay has simplified the way buyers cancel orders, but for us sellers, does accepting these cancellations cause problems with our account performance metrics?

Mentore2 years agoBasically, eBay has only simplified the cancellation request on the buyer’s side.
What remains, though, is the seller’s decision whether to accept it or not, and so from there on nothing has changed.
