Sellers' seriousness on eBay is equal to 0
Hello everyone
Two days ago I ordered a cellphone on Ebay (my phone is unfortunately giving out and has quite a few problems,) I chose the one I specifically wanted, an Honor 50 5g, and at the time of ordering it showed as available, meaning the product was not sold out (today my phone stopped working, I can no longer make calls, I can only receive them, the new phone was supposed to arrive today, phone costing €379.00) but the seller contacted me telling me that the product was sold out, I wonder whether at the time of payment the product was available because today I’m being told that the product is sold out and he kept insisting that I take another phone model, well I advise certain sellers to change jobs, maybe go shovel manure in the stables given the seriousness they show toward customers, the fact is that right now I am practically without a phone, there’s the weekend in between (I ordered it on another platform since I had such a great experience here) and I’ll have to wait until next week to get it, to the question am I satisfied with Ebay ??? I answer a kick in the ........ would have been more satisfying

this conversation is utterly useless!
Humanly speaking, and for sellers who also have a physical store, what happened to you can happen, but if you're not understanding enough and let yourself get worked up just because you were left without a phone, maybe the quickest solution was to buy it at a shopping center and you would have had it right away!
