Wrong car door lock
Hello, I’m asking whether the lock is compatible for the left driver-side door and I’m sending the car registration. https://www.ebay.it/itm/256041824395
They reply that they have checked and that the replacement part is compatible with the car. I go ahead with the purchase and I receive a right door lock.
I point out that the lock I received is not for the front left door (driver side) but for a right door, and they reply that according to them the one I bought was shipped.
If they are unable to satisfy my request and send the lock as requested by me (LH driver side), can I ask for a return and refund for non-compliant material?
