OP2 months agoeBay purchase from a private seller with delivery to a pickup point. During checkout, everything in the summary is filled in correctly. Unfortunately, at delivery the courier complains that the address is incomplete. to make matters worse, yesterday I received the delivery notification without the QR code to collect the product and, of course, it never arrived at the pickup point. anyway thanks Mario (quote)

If you bought the shipment from Packlink on eBay, ask them ... https://support-ebay.packlink.com/hc/it

The seller can send you the pickup code by message.

OP2 months agoYes yes, I’ve already started the product not arrived procedure. unfortunately my problem is that I don’t have the product I wanted and above all I don’t know how the refund will end up so I can get back what I spent... :( . terrible experience... definitely
