eBay label service

Hi everyone, I've had a problem for quite some time (asked eBay too, but the reply was: we'll respond as soon as we can....)
when I log in to buy shipping labels it tells me this
400 Bad Request
Request Header Or Cookie Too Large

Which doesn't happen with incognito browsing, thankfully
Now you can't talk to them just by email anymore, but they're not very quick to reply if they reply at all...
I meant to say that I just changed PCs and this one is new, and for the first few days there was no problem, but since this morning it's back again
If it happened to anyone and you managed to fix it, or if I should just resign myself to incognito browsing
