Can a delivery be confirmed without the code?
Hello, today I sold a card and it was regularly shipped through the app.
the thing is that the buyer disappeared (after a brief discussion about manners) and didn’t give me the code to confirm pickup.
I think this means the funds are blocked until confirmation... is that right?
can I do anything about it??

Remember that selling digital items to private individuals is prohibited.

Mentore2 years agoFunds held for 15 days regardless, since you’re a new seller.
If hand delivery is planned, digital delivery should be avoided.
If your customer opens a dispute, since you did not receive the confirmation code (the one they should have given you during the handoff), you will be forced to refund them.
