Can the right of withdrawal be exercised?
Hello, I would kindly like to know if you have had negative experiences with sellers who replied to you in a rude and disrespectful way because they do not want to refund customers. This right is a consumer right established by law within 14 days of purchasing a product, and I am not required to provide any reason, nor to attach supposed screenshots or receive a barrage of truly shocking words. Can I contact eBay to report this problem?

Mentore2 years agoLaw 206/05 provides the right of withdrawal only in the case of a purchase (as a private individual) from a professional seller.
So only the professional seller on eBay is required to accept your return without any reason. If you buy from a private individual, you can return it (for a change of mind) only if they accept it. Return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
In the case of non-compliance, however, all sellers are required to accept the return and cover the cost of return shipping.
