Is it possible to make an announcement intended for just one buyer?

hi everyone,let me explain better...A user bought a product from me and might be interested in other products that I haven't uploaded to eBay yet (I exchanged a few messages with him).Is there a way to make it so that once the products intended for him are uploaded, only this buyer can purchase them, avoiding another buyer from "snatching" them?Thanks
