The Pisanu Law states that every Italian SIM card must be registered with the real name of the holder before being sold. If this does not happen, it is a crime.
Instead, in Germany sales are unrestricted, but after purchase, the registration procedure is mandatory.
Activation is carried out in communication stores or online. You will need personal data and a photo against the background of the passport cover. The procedure is free and you can use the package immediately.
