Hello everyone! I’m writing because I noticed just a little while ago that an item I shipped on the 19th was due to be delivered today, but now it’s updated as "Unknown / incomplete recipient". Checking the courier tracking (BRT), the ZIP code was actually correct, but the municipality was wrong (let’s say that instead of the municipality of Pincopallino it was registered as the municipality of Pincopallone; to keep the buyer anonymous, I’m not writing the real municipality). Even so, on the order page I obviously didn’t change a thing and I booked it exactly as it was given to me (in short, I didn’t list it on another site, I used the shipping service provided by eBay). The buyer still hasn’t noticed anything and hasn’t contacted me, but since it’s a system error and not mine, whose fault is it? Because if BRT doesn’t deliver it by Christmas, that would definitely be a bit of a problem...
