Smartphone not as advertised?
Good morning, a few weeks ago I bought a Samsung Galaxy S22 through eBay (https://www.ebay.it/itm/154852341255). I noticed that I’m unable to perform the updates and I asked the Samsung community for advice. I was told that the smartphone was branded PLUS, meaning for the Polish carrier, and therefore I cannot receive updates from Italy. At the time of purchase, the listing made no reference to whether the smartphone was branded or not, and it certainly did not specify that it had been branded for the PLUS carrier. Could this be a good reason to request a return of the product?
