Samsung S22 smartphone under warranty in China with 90 days
I see that several Chinese sellers give only a 90 DAY warranty on the new Samsung S22 Smartphone, (€238/€258) and NOT 2 years? I already contacted the sellers, but they claim that’s how it is. Why?

Have a good evening.

Mentore11 months ago....... the two years you're talking about is the seller's legal warranty and it's an EU regulation.
Obviously Chinese sellers have no obligation to follow EU rules.
Also bear in mind that Samsung EU's commercial warranty too (the one from service centers) is not recognized for devices imported through unofficial channels.
