Good afternoon, could I have some information? I made a purchase, the shower head including the flexible hose. Even though it was already written in the description, I also asked the seller if everything was complete, and he said yes. It arrived on the 25th, but only the shower head. As soon as it arrived I contacted the seller, but he never replied again. It’s not about the 7 euros, but it’s not fair

Mentore2 months agoI think there was a misunderstanding and I don't think it's the seller's fault.
The listing referred to a Shower Head with Hose and it absolutely did not say that the shower head included a flexible hose.
Shower head with hose is there to distinguish it from the fixed wall- or ceiling-mounted one, not to indicate that a hose is included. Besides, the photos are clear too and always show the item without the hose.
