Money lost due to a failed sale
Good morning everyone.
a little while ago I made a sale for €300 here on the platform. I was guided by eBay support to package it and apply the labels for this international shipment, and then I paid €25 for shipping. Once the shipment was made, everything correctly as instructed, for some strange reason the package was not delivered properly and it came back to me. The buyer opened a claim and eBay refunded the buyer the full amount, leaving me with €25 lost for shipping and €17 in taxes paid. Is all of this normal? Because of an external error am I forced to lose €50? Doesn’t eBay protect sellers in any way????

Mentore2 years agoSalve,
