Hello,
I just made a payment for an item on eBay through PayPal.
At the end of the process I saw a red banner telling me to check my billing details on the checkout page.
At the same time I receive a notification from PayPal that the payment has been made, the bank has deducted the amount, but on eBay there is no trace of my order, in fact it still lets me buy it from the cart again (my purchase offer had been accepted)
What should I do?
