Just pickup
I put "pickup only" in the listing, but since I forgot, because of the buyer's need, I then shipped the package. Now I'm being asked for the pickup code, which I don't have, and the buyer says they haven't received it. What can I do? I have proof of shipment.

If your sale was supposed to be pickup only, you should have delivered it in person... if you shipped it, you made a big mistake and proof of shipment means nothing, because the pickup code is needed and only the buyer can give it to you.
Sorry, but you’ll have to refund them or eBay will do it in your place with your money.
You learn by making mistakes.
