hello everyone,
I made a purchase, but in the listing, I don't know if by mistake or intentionally, the seller only put local pickup. Anyway, in agreement with him we decided on shipping, but after I made the payment with PayPal, the system says to give the code to the seller when the package is picked up in person, this to unlock the PayPal payment. We decided that I would take care of the shipping, but he obviously asks me for the code before pickup, however I'm afraid to give it to him, because he could prove that the item has already been picked up. How should one behave in this case to be sure there are no scams, neither for me nor for the seller? In short, how do we do things properly and be fully protected by the eBay system? I can't find an eBay help channel to ask, can you help me if there is a phone number, a chat or an email?
