Good morning,
I bought an item in the USA on 30.05.23 and the tracking has been stuck since 08.06.23 (en route) the expected delivery date is 28.06, can you tell me why the tracking is stuck? Has anyone found themselves in my situation? How was it resolved?

I’d say not to worry, the journey is long and customs are slow...
After the expected delivery date, you can open a report:
