Good morning, I have sold several items since the beginning of the year and, given the very low cost, from 2 to 5 euros, I gave buyers the option to choose shipping by ordinary book post, while making the problems related to this shipping method very clear and also stating that in case of non-delivery I would refund the buyer (because that’s how it ends up if you can’t prove with tracking that you shipped it). What is leaving me puzzled is that since January we’re already at the third refund: is the postal service getting worse, or are there more internet scammers? In the past I’ve had to issue a refund for delivery delays, but correctly after a few days the buyer credited the amount back to me because the book post had been delivered. I would appreciate opinions on this, thank you
