I bought an item, they withdrew the amount, but they informed me that it is not available and instead they entered it as shipped without immediately returning what they withdrew. How long do I have to wait to get a refund? I cannot open a dispute before the presumed delivery date, which will never happen

You can open a refund request after the delivery deadline has passed (which was indicated in the listing). Delivery is only presumed.....
