I WAS SCAMMED BY A USER CALLED GRIFONDORO61 HE STOLE 900 eur FROM ME all his listings have this wording BANK TRANSFER.
As he asked, I made the bank transfer through the IBAN he gave me but I received neither the phone nor the refund, nothing, moreover the order was also deleted and this transfer does not appear anywhere on the platform
what can I do?

Mentore1 year agoThe thing is very different: you got yourself scammed!
Wow... still users falling for it... as long as there are users like this, these plagues will never be stamped out!
Unfortunately, you lost your money.
Have a nice day.

Mentore1 year agoFor several years now ebay has banned the use of bank transfer payments on the platform, and this payment option does not even appear on ebay's payment page.
So you made arrangements with the seller to complete the purchase outside ebay (you are also complicit in trying to evade ebay fees), giving up any form of protection both from ebay and from the payment methods.
You can only file a complaint against the seller, but I fear it won't help you recover the money.

OP1 year agoGood morning,
the only thing I don't understand is why their profile is still active after the reports were made.

Mentore1 year agoThe only valid report you could make to eBay would be this: you and the seller agreed to complete the transaction outside eBay in an attempt to scam the platform.

The rest happened completely outside eBay and can only be of interest to the judicial authorities.
