I was scammed by eBay, and by the seller
Hello, ebay scammed me, I made a purchase, the goods were poor quality... I opened a dispute.. ebay guaranteed me a refund..... telling me that I would be protected. I LOST THE POOR QUALITY GOODS, I LOST THE MONEY, AND I ALSO LOST ON SHIPPING.... NOW AFTER A MONTH THEY TELL ME THE CASE IS CLOSED... LIKE THIS..... THEY ARE MISSING SOME SHIPPING DETAILS THAT I HAVE.....!.. AND IT'S A BIG SCAM.....
THE BEST PART IS THAT THEY DIDN'T EVEN CONTACT ME TO TELL ME WHAT WAS MISSING.... THERE HAD BEEN A MESSAGE SAYING I WOULD GET THE REFUND IN A FEW DAYS, TODAY I CONTACTED THEM ASKING TO BE CALLED = RESPONSE DISPUTE CLOSED BECAUSE THERE IS MISSING DATA.....
WHAT A POOR SERVICE THEY OFFER...
BEFORE GOING TO FILE A COMPLAINT, DO I HAVE ANY OTHER ALTERNATIVES?

Mentore2 years agoeBay didn’t scam you, you scammed yourself: inside the dispute opened for item not as described, when you ask eBay to step in you have to enter the return shipping code; if you don’t, eBay can’t know whether you returned the item or not.
Now you can try with PayPal - and don’t forget to enter the return code - or a chargeback through the credit card issuer.
