A public auction was created on a seller’s profile (I think unbeknownst to them) with payment by bank transfer only, all of it posted on eBay’s storefront. I stupidly paid by bank transfer and then eBay discovered the scam and blocked everything, but I had already transferred the money, I canceled the order, at first eBay had promised that it would reimburse me but then nothing: we’re very sorry but we can’t refund you. I should point out that I trusted the sale because it was on eBay, which I had great trust in!!!Has this happened to anyone, can you help me?
