Why do I have to pay the refund myself, if EBAY kept the buyer's money?
Can't EBAY just return the money to the buyer?

Mentore1 year agoYou are a new seller, but to sell you declared that you know eBay's rules.
So you know that for new sellers payments remain on hold for 15 days and that you will have to front the refund yourself and then wait for eBay to credit the payment and fees.
