Good evening, I’m a seller. I sold an item in Ireland, and now the buyer wants to return the item. Anyway, we haven’t been able to communicate because he doesn’t reply to messages. Ok, I’ve accepted the return anyway, also because they’ve blocked my funds here until the matter is resolved. The problem is the return label — how do I download it? It’s not there. Do I have to try on the pack link m site myself, or is there a way through e bay? thanks
