Hello, I am a seller on eBay and I have an open dispute because, even though we sent the order and the courier delivered it, the customer says no and claims that the signature on the pickup is fake. Now eBay has opened a dispute against us, and I wanted to know how to contact eBay to explain the problem. Thanks
