I need some clarification regarding the item: I made the purchase on 3/7/24, then I noticed an apparently identical item on the Temu site (new and with a considerable price difference. I tried to cancel the order, but the time had already passed. On 6/7 I contacted the seller to ask whether the order could be cancelled (not yet shipped), explaining the above. I was looking for a vintage item, not a new one; I may be mistaken, but I need an explanation: the seller did not contact me, the item has not been shipped, it no longer appears in my purchase history and I have not received any refund. I kindly ask what I can do?
