Account suspension
I accidentally listed an item that was given to me as new instead of saying it was opened and never used, and because of this my account has been blocked and I was asked to send proof of purchase, an invoice. How can I resolve this problem, thank you

Mentore1 year agoStrange that they did it on the first listing, maybe it’s a particular item at high risk of being stolen and resold.
Contact customer service and try to explain your case more clearly.
