Good morning everyone,I have had a professional eBay account for more than 10 years, 100% positive feedback, never had a report for counterfeit products, never had a problem.Yesterday all my listings were suspended, about 192 on the Italian site + another 1600 on European eBay sites (France, Spain, Germany, UK, ...) on the grounds that I sell fake products.I wrote to support explaining that my products are original, with real photos and purchase invoices, but they keep insisting that the account was suspended after thorough checks.Obviously all of this is not true, otherwise they would have noticed the mistake in their AI.I risk losing years and years of work because of a mistake that is not mine. What can I do to make them see reason and have my account properly reviewed?
