Suspected phishing email
Hello everyone, I canceled a sale at the buyer’s request and a few days later I received an email from the address visible in the attached screenshot, which links to a site also shown in the photo. The 5 options are clickable, and I clicked one. A link opened but it didn’t ask me for any data, I only clicked.

Hello @dbisals
it doesn't seem to be phishing. In general, a phishing email that appears to come from eBay contains a link that directs you to a fake website. Usually, on that website you will be asked to log in and submit personal and account-related information.

Mentore3 years agoEven if it were... which it isn't... I don't think they're asking you for personal information, financial data, or access codes... they're simply asking whether you're satisfied or not... this definitely isn't Phishing!
Kind regards.

Mentore3 years agoDoesn't seem like phishing to me, just a customer satisfaction questionnaire.
