Suspected scam
I strongly suspect that a seller is trying to scam me, it’s only a miserable €8, but after canceling the order almost right away because something seemed off, the seller is dragging it out; the seller sells a spool of solder €8

You only asked the seller if they could do you a favor, but they have no obligation at all (neither to cancel the order nor to reply to you).
No sane person sets up a scam for 8 euros.
