I suspect an attempted scam, I bought a cell phone on 18.03, paid the same day, the seller I contacted created the label with the BRT code and says he is shipping while waiting for the money to be credited. I informed him that he will only get the money once the shipment is actually made (moreover, he turns out to be a new seller). So he told me he would ship on Monday the 23rd, but yesterday I received a notification of a pickup code (I had chosen fermopoint pickup point) and this morning it shows as picked up, so the parcel in the system shows as delivered, all of this happened between late night and early morning when everything is closed. I contacted the seller yesterday evening and this morning but no reply. What should I do?
