Good morning, I sold a lot of Pokémon cards. The buyer swapped the cards (I have proof) and put photos of his own cards on the refund request, and says the condition is not as described. What should I do now? Because on top of risking losing the transaction and having to cover all the costs (ebay, insured shipping, etc...) I also end up with an item that is no longer worth as much as before and with all the valuable cards replaced. What should I do? Please help me because I'm really angry. Regards and thanks.
