SIZE REPLACEMENT
Hello, I bought a jacket that I’d like to exchange because it’s too small. How can I do that? I also asked for the seller’s contact details, but so far no one has contacted me.

Mentore3 years agoIf you bought from a professional seller, you can ask for a return and refund even if it’s your mistake (you ordered a S and a S arrived, but the S doesn’t fit you). https://www.ebay.it/help/buying/returns-refunds/restituisci-un-oggetto-cambio-di-un-rimborso?id=4041&st=7
The return shipping costs are on you and you can arrange with the seller for a new shipment instead of the refund.
If instead it’s the seller’s mistake (you ordered a M and they sent you a S), you can ask for the return even from a private seller and the return shipping costs are paid by the seller.
