Mentore1 year agoIn general, call centers answer from Eastern Europe; for Italy they use staff who speak Italian.
You have to be lucky to find someone who also speaks English.
Call centers usually answer from Eastern Europe. For the Italian customer service ebay uses staff who speak Italian.
