Thanks sika 700, now I'll explain my situation better: a buyer no longer wanted shipping and wanted hand delivery and cash payment, everything went fine, then I entered paid in the listing, but the notice still remains that I need to ship the item. The buyer should mark that the item has arrived, but he says he can't, although I advised him to contact eBay to have it explained. He's probably not very interested, since he already received the item... I'm the one who would like to bring the listing to a positive end, not have it left pending as not shipped... What can I do? Thanks
The buyer can't confirm that they have received the item... only you can mark it as shipped, but without tracking it will never be marked as delivered.

Mentore3 years agoNo need to notify anyone... ship with the method you prefer and update your sale by entering the tracking and the carrier used.
Nothing could be simpler...
